Dr. Jeff Hanson is a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD) in the state of California to practice primary care medicine.
To practice medicine in the state of Nevada Dr. Hanson is a licensed Advanced Practitioner of Homeopathy (APH) under the supervision of the medical director at The Nevada Center, Dr. Frank Shallenberger MD.
Dr. Hanson is an expert in integrative medicine, offering the best of modern and alternative medicine.
His approach is to return the patient to a lasting state of health by treating the cause of disease using safe, natural, and effective treatment options.
He is a former graduate of the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon; one of the leading Naturopathic medical schools in the United States and the oldest school for natural and integrative medicine.
After graduation in 2007, Dr. Hanson performed a 2-year residency in general primary care at the Center for Natural and Integrative Medicine in Orlando, Florida with Dr. Kalidas MD, ND; a well-respected and highly sought-after integrative medical doctor in Florida.
Presently, Dr. Hanson is seeing patients at The Nevada Center for treating acute and chronic conditions and restoring optimal wellness.
He specializes in the HCG Medical Weight Loss Program, having managed hundreds of patients on the program that has proven to be a very successful program to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

He was born and grew up in Minnesota, which explains his strong work ethic; lived in Seattle for a number of years. Moved to South Lake Tahoe in the fall of 2010 and is happy to call paradise his home.
